Kick-Start Program:
2 full day or 4 morning/afternoon/evening workshops in a period of one week. This interactive Master Class Scenario Planning for enterprise risk management & strategy development includes a case-based Stakeholder Analysis and a step by step Scenario Planning session. An intense learning and teambuilding experience “kick-starting” scenario thinking in your organization!
Programs are run with groups of minimum 12 and maximum 24 people. Participants should include (but are not limited to) higher management and can involve other key employees. The start of the programs is facilitated off site, in a convenient location near the client. The weekly meetings are to be held at the client's offices. Additional consulting and interim management services are possible: including further assessment, development, implementation and execution of strategic change and action plans.
Standard Program:
Complete client-based Scenario Planning for enterprise risk management strategy & development process in a period of 3 to 4 months (2 full days or 4 half days plus weekly meetings of 2 hours): includes the Kick-Start Program with Scenario Planning process plus the complete development of alternate future scenarios for the organization, signalling of milestones marking the direction client’s industry is heading, and general business strategy impact analysis with basic recommendations regarding enterprise risk management and strategy development as well as communication to the board.
Plus Program:
Full Scenario Planning Program, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy Assessment in a period of 5 to 6 months (2 full days or 4 half days with weekly meetings of 2 hours). Includes complete Standard Program plus a comprehensive business strategy impact analysis with in-depth risk management and strategy development recommendations and action plans. Includes communication to the board plus the wider organization to promote buy-in.
Plus2 Program:
All year round, 2 Plus Programs with other participants from the organization to ensure consistency and guarantee buy-in (8 half days with weekly meetings of 2 hours). This program is intended as an ongoing Scenario Planning, Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy Assessment process.
